I've only put on 5-15 pounds at most A lot's been muscuwls though, I've been doing pullups and squats to mantain the consistency of my dimensions, albiet all of them have expanded a few inches lol, but I'm healthy n' filled out n' muh potential suitors are pleased with my body type
